How it works
Rotating mobile draws from every modem port in the estate that is not currently pinned by a session. You get carrier addresses without committing to a port for a week, and the bill follows the bytes rather than the calendar.
The same carrier exits as the dedicated ports, pooled and metered by bandwidth, so a two-hour campaign never pays for a modem it will hold for a week. Rotation is per request, or sticky for up to 60 minutes when a workflow has to stay on one carrier address. Targeting reaches individual ASNs, down to a single operator in a single country.
Requests go to gate.fleetproxy.com with a username that names a country and, optionally, a carrier ASN. There is no port to reserve and no rotation endpoint to call.
The gateway picks an available modem matching your query and forwards the request through it. The next request is matched again, so consecutive requests normally leave from different carrier addresses in the same operator's pool.
A session segment reserves the matched port for up to 60 minutes rather than releasing it, which is long enough for a login and the work that follows it. The reservation is released early if the flow goes quiet.
Because you are spread across many modems rather than sharing one uplink, parallel requests scale in a way a single dedicated port cannot. Throughput per request is still mobile throughput.
The honest limitation: the mobile estate covers 38 countries and about 60 carriers, which is a fraction of the residential pool's reach. Check the country list below before designing around it — and expect mobile latency, which is materially higher than residential.

Up to 30 minutes of activity, released after about 10 minutes of silence. Add a session segment to the username — user-country-us-session-a91f2c4b — and the same string returns the same exit IP for the life of the lease. Residential peers can disconnect at any time, so treat the session as best-effort and check the x-fleet-exit-ip header if your flow cannot tolerate a change mid-journey.
Residential IPs are addresses assigned by consumer ISPs to real subscriber connections, so targets see an ordinary visitor; they cost more and add 200–900ms of latency. Datacenter IPs come from hosting providers, are roughly twenty times cheaper per gigabyte and much faster, but are trivially identifiable and filtered by any site that cares. Mobile IPs are carrier-assigned 4G/5G addresses shared by thousands of subscribers, which makes them the hardest to block and the most expensive. Start with datacenter on undefended targets and residential everywhere else.
No. Purchased bandwidth stays on the account for as long as the account is open and in good standing. Most of the industry expires unused traffic at the end of the billing period, which turns a bursty workload into 30–40% waste; we do not, and that is a policy commitment rather than a promotion.
Every byte crossing the gateway in both directions, including request and response headers, redirects, retries and failed requests. A 403 challenge page of 60 KB counts the same as a successful page of 60 KB, which is why low success rates get expensive quickly. The dashboard breaks usage down per hour and per country so a spike is traceable to a target.
Targeting is encoded in the proxy username as segments: user-country-us, user-country-gb-city-manchester, or user-country-us-asn-7922. Country codes are lowercase ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 and city names are lowercase with hyphens. If a segment names a pool that does not exist the gateway returns 407 with an x-fleet-reason header rather than silently falling back to another location.
