Volume ladder
The tier with the greatest quantity at or below your order wins, and every unit bills at that rate. Buy 26 GB and all 26 bill at the 25 GB rate — there is nothing to negotiate and no code to enter.
A fresh residential IP on every request, or one held for 30 minutes. Sold from 1 GB up to 10,000 GB per order.

Compare
The choice is usually decided by two things: whether the target scores ASN reputation, and whether your traffic is bursty enough that metered bandwidth beats a fixed lease.

Paying
Cards and crypto settle instantly and provision on confirmation. Account balance exists for teams that would rather approve one purchase order than seven card charges.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe, with 3-D Secure where the issuer asks for it. Card details never reach our servers — the order stores a transaction reference and nothing else.
USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, plus BTC, ETH and LTC through Cryptomus. Plans provision on the first network confirmation, so a stablecoin payment is usually live inside two minutes.
Top up once and draw orders from the balance. Teams that buy on a purchase order use this to keep provisioning through the API without a card in the loop.
If a service is faulty and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, your purchase is refunded. That covers a pool that will not authenticate, a lease that never provisions, and an endpoint that fails to route — the things that are ours to fix. It is not a trial: the free 50 MB exists so you can answer the compatibility question before any money moves.
Enterprise
Past the published ladder the conversation changes from price per gigabyte to capacity planning: which subnets you get, how success rate is measured, and who answers at 03:00. Volume contracts start at 1 TB of residential bandwidth a month or 500 concurrent leases.
Billing questions
The billing half of the help center, answered with the same figures the invoices use.
No. Purchased bandwidth stays on the account for as long as the account is open and in good standing. Most of the industry expires unused traffic at the end of the billing period, which turns a bursty workload into 30–40% waste; we do not, and that is a policy commitment rather than a promotion.
Every byte crossing the gateway in both directions, including request and response headers, redirects, retries and failed requests. A 403 challenge page of 60 KB counts the same as a successful page of 60 KB, which is why low success rates get expensive quickly. The dashboard breaks usage down per hour and per country so a spike is traceable to a target.
Cards through Stripe and cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, BTC, ETH) through Cryptomus. Card details never reach our servers — we receive only a transaction reference and a status. You can also top up an account balance in advance and draw purchases from it.
Within 24 hours of purchase with under 100 MB consumed, we refund in full with no questions. Within 7 days with under 10% consumed, we refund the unused portion less irrecoverable processing fees. Beyond that the purchase is final, but the bandwidth never expires, so it is waiting whenever you come back. Use the free trial first — it exists to answer the compatibility question before money is involved.
Yes. Volume tiers apply automatically at checkout based on the quantity you buy — there is no code to enter and no negotiation for published tiers. Because bandwidth does not expire, buying to a tier boundary is usually cheaper than topping up repeatedly at the entry rate.
