Effective 1 February 2026 · Version 1.1
This Referral Agreement governs participation in the FleetProxy affiliate programme. Accepting it in the dashboard creates a binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and FleetProxy. The Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy also apply.
1. Enrolment
1.1. Any account in good standing may apply. We may decline or revoke participation at our discretion, and will give a reason where we can.
1.2. On approval you receive a unique referral code and link. The code identifies you and is not transferable.
1.3. You are an independent contractor. This agreement creates no partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture, and you may not hold yourself out as representing FleetProxy.
2. Commission
2.1. First order: 30% of the net order value of a referred customer's first paid order.
2.2. Lifetime: 10% of the net order value of every subsequent paid order by that customer, for as long as both accounts remain active and in good standing.
2.3. Cap: $250 total commission per referred customer, across the first order and all subsequent orders combined.
2.4. "Net order value" is the amount actually paid after discounts and coupons, excluding taxes, payment-processing fees, refunded amounts, and any portion settled from promotional credit.
2.5. Commission rates may be varied by written agreement for high-volume affiliates. Any variation applies to orders placed after it takes effect and is not retroactive.
3. Attribution
3.1. Attribution is by first-touch cookie with a 60-day window. The first referral code a visitor arrives with is the one credited, and a later affiliate's link does not overwrite it within the window.
3.2. If a visitor arrives without a cookie but enters a referral code at signup, the code wins.
3.3. If a customer arrives through a paid FleetProxy campaign and then through an affiliate link, the affiliate is credited. We do not compete with our own affiliates for attribution.
3.4. Cookies are first-party and cleared by the visitor's browser like any other. We cannot recover attribution that a visitor deleted.
4. Payment
4.1. Commission is recorded as pending when the referred order is paid.
4.2. It becomes confirmed 30 days after payment, once the refund and chargeback window has closed. Commission on a refunded or charged-back order is reversed.
4.3. Confirmed commission may be withdrawn once the balance reaches $50.
4.4. Payout methods: cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, or BTC), bank transfer for balances over $500, or credit to your FleetProxy account balance. Balance credit is paid at 110% of the commission value, since it costs us nothing to process.
4.5. Requests are processed within 5 business days. Network and bank fees are deducted from the payout.
4.6. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any registration your jurisdiction requires. We may withhold amounts and request tax documentation where the law obliges us to.
4.7. Commission unclaimed for 12 months after confirmation, on an account with no activity in that period, is forfeited. We email a warning 30 days beforehand.
5. Promotion rules
5.1. Permitted: content sites, blogs, newsletters, YouTube and other video, podcasts, social posts, community participation where the community's rules allow it, review and comparison sites, and courses or tutorials.
5.2. Prohibited:
- Self-referral. Using your own code on your own account, on an account you control, or in a reciprocal arrangement with another affiliate. This is the most common cause of removal from the programme.
- Brand bidding. Paid search on "FleetProxy" or close variants, or ads whose display URL is or imitates fleetproxy.com.
- Cookie stuffing. Setting the referral cookie without a deliberate click — iframes, auto-redirects, pixel injection, or browser extensions that inject it.
- Spam. Unsolicited email or messaging, forum spam, comment spam, or automated posting. A spam complaint that names your code ends your participation.
- Misrepresentation. Claiming to be FleetProxy or an employee, inventing prices, features, pool sizes, or performance figures, fabricating reviews or test results, or promising outcomes we do not promise.
- Coupon-site abuse. Publishing codes we have not issued for public distribution, or claiming that a code exists in order to intercept intent traffic.
- Unlawful or adult-adjacent placement. Promotion on sites that infringe copyright, distribute malware, or breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Trade mark use in domains or handles. Registering domains or social accounts containing "fleetproxy" or a confusing variant.
5.3. You must disclose the commercial relationship wherever the law requires it — FTC endorsement guidelines in the US, the CAP Code in the UK, and equivalents elsewhere. "Affiliate link" or "I earn a commission from this link" satisfies most of them. Non-disclosure is a breach of this agreement as well as of that law.
5.4. Claims about FleetProxy must be accurate on the day they are published. Comparisons with other vendors must use figures from that vendor's public materials and state the date they were checked.
6. Materials
6.1. We provide logos, screenshots, and copy in the affiliate dashboard. You may use them unmodified for promoting FleetProxy.
6.2. You may not alter our marks, use them as your own, or use them in a way that implies endorsement of anything other than the referral relationship.
6.3. The licence ends when this agreement ends, and you must remove our marks within 14 days.
7. Fraud and audit
7.1. We monitor for self-referral, cookie stuffing, and coordinated fraud. Signals include shared payment instruments, IP and device overlap between affiliate and referred accounts, referred accounts that consume no bandwidth, and abnormal conversion patterns.
7.2. Where fraud is suspected we may withhold pending commission during investigation, and we will tell you that we are doing so and why.
7.3. Confirmed fraud results in forfeiture of all unpaid commission, reversal of paid commission where recoverable, and permanent removal from the programme.
7.4. You may request a breakdown of your clicks, signups, and commissions at any time. It is in the affiliate dashboard in real time.
8. Term and termination
8.1. Either party may terminate on 14 days' written notice.
8.2. We may terminate immediately for a breach of clause 5 or clause 7.
8.3. On termination other than for fraud, confirmed commission remains payable and pending commission is paid when it confirms. Lifetime commission ceases on termination.
8.4. You must remove referral links and our marks within 14 days of termination.
9. General
9.1. We may amend this agreement on 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the effective date is acceptance.
9.2. Our liability under this agreement is limited to commission properly due and unpaid.
9.3. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
What this means
Send us customers and we pay you 30% of their first order and 10% of everything after, up to $250 per customer, tracked by a 60-day cookie. Commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds, then you can withdraw it once you have $50 — or take 110% of it as account credit. Be honest in how you promote us, disclose that the links earn you money, and do not refer yourself. Referring yourself is what ends most affiliate accounts, and we can see it. Everything you earn is visible in your dashboard in real time.
