The set
Every tool states what it ran and what it did not. Where a check needs a dataset or a feed this deployment does not hold, it says so in the result rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Point it at an HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 endpoint and get reachability, connect latency, whether the credentials were accepted, and the exit address a destination server actually sees.
Works with any provider's endpoint, not only ours. Six checks a minute per visitor, and it refuses private and reserved addresses outright.
Shows the address your request arrived from and what it discloses: version, the allocation it belongs to, whether it is globally routable, and whether it is reserved space that should never appear as a client source.
The structural answers are exact because they come from the IANA registries. Operator and location are reported as unresolved rather than guessed.
Builds the exact DNSBL query name for an address — reversed octets for IPv4, reversed nibbles for IPv6 — for every well-known public zone, and tells you which zones cover its address family at all.
It does not query the zones. It states that plainly and never reports an address as clean, because a false all-clear is the one result nobody can act on safely.
How these are built
Free tools from proxy vendors have a reputation, and it is deserved: they return a confident answer whether or not anything was measured. These do not.
The proxy tester opens a real TCP connection, completes a real SOCKS5 or HTTP CONNECT handshake, and reads the exit address by fetching our own endpoint through the tunnel it just opened. Every number it prints came from that exchange.
Address version, allocation, routability and the reversed DNSBL query label are computed from the IANA special-purpose registries. They are exact, they need no external service, and they do not go stale between deploys.
There is no GeoIP database and no live DNSBL feed behind these tools. So the lookup returns no city and no ASN for an ordinary address, and the blacklist tool reports zero zones queried. Both say which dataset is missing and what it would take to answer.
No address, credential or result entered into a tool is written to the database or to a log. The rate limiter holds a counter in memory keyed on the caller and forgets it after ten idle minutes.
